GOOD COMPANY

F I T N E S S

we seek to help you grow

First, thank YOU for finding our platform and taking an interest in GCF.

We owe it to our instructors and our members on making this a healthy environment for fitness and health focused individuals to meet others and continue to grow.

Our mission is to create a community of like-minded people who have a passion for helping others and lead by example. Whether your expertise is in nutrition or weight lifting, there's a place for you at Good Company Fitness.

A little more about us

We're a small yet mighty women-led team who all grew up surrounded by sports  throughout our lives.

Being on a team gave each of us a sense of community that was unmatched. Since graduating college, we've been craving for that feeling again. We missed being surrounded by good company and feeling that rush on game day with our teammates.

Each team also taught us something new. In rugby, soccer, track, field hockey, volleyball, and others, we each learned from our teammates and taught others what we knew too. It was a learning environment that brought our teams together. Exchanging knowledge and learning from others stuck with each of us and lead to amazing friendships post-graduation.

Learning from our own teammates, and friends, helped us understand difficult exercises and gave us skills we still carry. And we want to do the same for others.

We want to share what we've learned

Good Company Fitness is a way for passionate trainers and athletes to share their knowledge and connect with others. No matter the discipline, all are welcome to share your skills and help others improve their own.

We hope everyone is able to use this platform as a way to grow themselves and even their platforms too. We're here to help you!
